Welcome to Comvest Builders!  We are a boutique style construction company based in Tampa, FL.  with over 50 years of combined experience.  Comvest Builders was an idea brought from the vast experience and forethought of our father, John N. Laliotis, P.E.   John started J.N.Laliotis Engineering and Construction in 1982.  The company was designed to incorporate both civil/structural engineering and general construction.  Now with Comvest Builders and John's son's Stavros and Nick, it has grown into the company it is today.  Comvest Builders is designed to handle the most detailed and modern day construction.  Our design/build services make construction effortless and takes the pressure off of you the customer.   We are only involved with a few projects at any given time, which means every project is closely supervised allowing extra attention to detail.  From a residential kitchen remodel to a hotel lobby renovation, Comvest Builders is the name to trust for your building needs.
